Hi Trevia, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that the shirt you received did not meet your expectations. We would also like to clarify one important point regarding the earlier review you mentioned. Trustpilot is an independent review platform, and businesses do not have the ability to remove or delete customer reviews. Because of this, we’re honestly not sure why your previous review may no longer be visible. We have reached out to Trustpilot to ask for clarification and will continue looking into this. After receiving the photos you sent today, we immediately shared them with our manufacturing team so they can carefully review the print issue. While our products normally go through quality checks before shipping, it’s still possible that a printing or curing issue occurred during production, and we’re currently investigating this with the team. We have also contacted you directly via email because we would truly appreciate the opportunity to make this right for you. If you’re open to it, we would be happy to arrange a replacement and ensure the print quality is thoroughly checked before shipping. Please feel free to check your inbox when you have a moment and let us know how you’d like to proceed. As a small team, we genuinely care about the experience our customers have with us, and situations like this matter a lot to us. We truly appreciate your patience and the chance to help resolve this. — CubeBik Support Team

Hi Mr. Burt, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re truly sorry for the frustration this situation has caused. We would like to clarify the full timeline so that everything is transparent for you and for future customers reading this. When your original order was placed, no personalized text was provided in the personalization field. To avoid any mistake, we reached out to you by email asking what name you wanted on the sign. You replied with “Name is Burt,” and based on that, our design team created a mock-up for your review. We then sent you the mock-up for approval, and once we received your confirmation email, we proceeded with production exactly according to the approved design. We never make any changes to a personalized design unless the customer requests or approves it — this is to ensure accuracy and respect each customer’s preference, whether they want “Burt” or “Burt’s” on the final product. The apostrophe-s is fully optional depending on the customer’s style, so we follow the exact text the customer provides. We understand that this experience has been frustrating for you, and we have been doing everything we can to fix the issue promptly and fairly — including offering compensation options — even though the product was made correctly based on your approval. We value your satisfaction and truly appreciate your understanding. If there’s anything more we can do to help resolve this, we’re here and ready to support you.
