Thorough, comprehensive training

Room temperature was a bit hot because the building does not have AC at night. Good class otherwise

I am so glad that I selected CTS for my computer training through WIOA. It had given me the tools and training to essentially become certified as an MOS as well as utilize the training in my current role at my new job. Additionally, the option of taking courses remotely prevents delaying training due to work schedule and course offerings/locations. From the instructors to staff support, I am very pleased with the customer/student support and service.

Bob was very informative and used real life scenarios which was great. Also, went a little deeper into topics based on what the class wanted to know more about.
