The class was conducted in a professional manner. All questions were answered in a way that was clear and concise. The instructor Sandy Dinkel is patient and complete in her instruction.

I am reviewing Access Classes 2 & 3 that was taught by Karen Haney. Karen has an enthusiastic approach to teaching the class which makes sitting through a long day of Access Training go by quickly! The instructor (Karen) was good, but the class was entirely too basic for anyone familiar with any kind of coding. Wish the original CTS description had identified how very basic it would be (such as, "close the window by clicking the X") so I would have taken the next level, instead.

I build presentations to be used for internal and external audiences by senior leadership and executives. I found this class very informative and hands on, the knowledge I gained is applicable to my work on daily basis, and will significantly lessen time to build the presentation (previously I would have to search Google for everything I needed and would instantly forget the solution), and increase the quality.

This was a wonderful class, I highly recommend. I plan to take a few others as well.
