I received ITIL 4 Foundations Training from Jo Blitz Escotal remotely using GoToMeeting. Jo made what could be a dry subject enjoyable. There was much review and he gave us ways to remember the material so that we could pass the test.

Very good training program. I really liked the trainers. Very professional and expert with the subject. I took all my trainings virtually. They have provided all the materials and training links in advance and provided training recordings and notes post sessions. I really recommend CTS.
