Ordered 2 Printers: HP Officejet 9020 We received the printers quickly, within a week of ordering them. They were packed very carefully and work well; as expected.

Responding client. On time.

I'm building a storage server and found this company in Southern California that has a new motherboard listed. First time using them and the product will arrive in a few days. Let's hope it's all good.

Through email, I asked a couple of questions that were not obvious to the un-initiated, and I rc'd answers back nearly immediately, on an expensive part that had a different number. Thanks kindly to Mike, who then followed up with a call (!!!) to ensure I understood what I was purchasing, and that it is the correct part! Thanks to everyone at CTS as well!
