When customer drops off equipment. You should check equipment with customer before he leaves. Or at least provide customer with a receipt when he or she drops off.This avoids any type of confusion or mistakes. I was contacted and told that some equipment was missing. Later on rental house found the equipment in their facility.

Not much to say other than I had a great experience renting from here. Reasonable prices too.

I ran into a last minute problem and needed to rent lights for a portrait to use ASAP. CSI worked with me and got a set of lights into my hands within a half hour of my initial order. Surely saved the day. My new go to in NYC!

Absolutely awful. I arrived to CSI Brooklyn to only find out that your store closed 45 minutes early on Friday December 30th. I was unable to pick up an essential piece of equipment for a job that weekend. I will now be taking my business elsewhere. Thank you
