Slow, bureaucratic, every small change takes filling out a form and $$. Holding our company hostage as they will not allow us access to the state web portal directly. Would have been faster doing it ourselves or with another provider at half the cost.

These guys helped the criminal enterprise, Sunstrong Management, LLC, to incorporate. If you are stuck in a solar agreement or lease with Sunstrong, just know that CSC Global has benefited from this relationship. Move on to a B corp or other group. Heck, use ChatGPT to incorporate. Let's make these groups associated with criminals pay!

CSC have the worst customer service representatives, two ago I send an email to a representative in change of my nonprofit account, the email was not notice. my email was to discontinue services and to stop all changes. since 2019, I have over four representatives and nor of them read my email of discontinue services. I stop payments 2025, and my account was sent to third party collection. After writing them to discontinue my services, my first representative did not share my emails with other representatives before she left the company.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we regret the frustration caused. We understand you had requested to discontinue services, and we regret that your communications were not handled as clearly or consistently as they should have been. In this case, we were unable to cancel services while the entity remained active with the state, though we recognize this may not have been clearly explained at the time. We can now confirm that we have resigned as the registered agent and the service has been cancelled. There are no open invoices against your account. If you need any help or have any remaining concerns, please let us know.
The response was totally unacceptable. However, I was just pleased to see the back of CSC , so took my complaint no further as it was clear that there was no ability to take responsibility.

"Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Just to help us investigate—could you let us know if the email mentioned a specific service or platform, and whether there was any link or contact information included?"

Although their payroll employees are great ( Søren and Elise ), the communication that they in general have is below par ( mildly said ) Services according contract with a fix fee are useless, as they in the fine print find ways to charge hourly fees anyway. Our company is a one man shop in Denmark, with only payroll required, even though they still would find ways to charge EUR 4500,- for 2024, on top of the over 8000 EUR they already charged ( for running a payroll every month.
