I ordered a six acrylic paperweights for our book club charter members. They are beautiful! The ordering process was very easy and the staff was very helpful and made sure I knew exactly what I could expect by allowing me to proof the items.

This is the 3rd time that we have ordered from you for a retirement gift and each and every time the service was without par; the Crystal Freedom Eagle Award is absolutely beautiful; well packaged and the delivery is always just as agreed to. I highly recommend you to everyone! [just one side note however - in your opinion matters email you ask me to enjoy 20% off but the 20% off expired on 12/31/15 - will it be renewed?]

Top Notch Experience. I submitted my order about 9 days before my event. A few hours later, I was contacted by Anh, a Customer Service Representative that let me know exactly what I needed to do to get my order completed and shipped in time. There was no "we can't do this". Amazing, I would recommend to anyone and everyone. Beautiful work!
