This is I think my fifth or sixth time withdrawing from this casino , the first time was about 36 hours , the second time ended up getting canceled , the third time was unbelievably fast , I'm seriously talking within a minute it was approved and sent to my b.c.wallet. also the next time. However I have withdrawled to separate amounts and they haven't even been approved yet. I asked the customer service agent if I would receive them fast like the last couple times and that simply isn't true . The only reason I am giving three stars to this casino is because of the last agent I spoke with via chat really was nice , understanding and when I asked a question she didn't just give me the it depends on the algorithm yada yada yada, as they usually do. She actually took her time and explained it to me . She deserves ten stars . That bei g said the deposit methods are easy and clear on how to make a deposit . The games are great , but I love RtG gaming so there's that. I've definitely spent more than I have won for sure . Most customer service agents could care less about helping you , they are rude as well normally , except for the vip manager M. De'Luke , and the last person I've spoken with . Those two were really helpful. I want to know why I haven't received either payments I'm owed , I didn't use any bonuses so it shouldn't be held up at all. If my payment is made soon I'll come back and raise this rating but if not down it goes . My user name is: 9pljf48sqg.........update , I still have not received my payment . Which is why I dropped my rating from three stars to one ! I'll keep updating this as time passes. I'm really thinking that I should absolutely quit wasting my time with this casino after this . I have been a great customer to them and every more times than not they haVE let me know by their actions THaT THEY DO NOT RESPECT OUR RELAtionship . I deposit .....they don't pay ! AND here's the thing, I know that they can pay instantly because they have so either someone is just being lazy and not doing their job or they like to make their customers wait on them and that's not fair I guess they only have one manager that can approve this stuff which is BS will update more later thanks trust pilot.......another update ....@almost midnight I still haven't received my payment however I did talk to someone who assured me that I would have my payment with a hour or two , and another that says I will have it in the morning ......we shall see. Update then ....update. ..,I received payment thank you .

First luck i had with an online casino that actually was a " man of their word" . Received a huge bonus with my first deposit and im still getting spins for free everyday as a result of that first deposit. When i went to withdraw after i knew i had met all their requirements ( in which i recomend you should always tead those bonus DETAILS )received my payment 24 hours later after i submitted my withdrawal. Highly recomend this casino even the online tellers they got working are best i have ever dealt with.

Fast payouts

They offered me 15 free spins for depositing. I put it my deposit with Bitcoin got the address and confirmed. While waiting for the money to show in my account I redeemed the free spins went into the game and my money was already in my account played free spins and I won I think $4. Lost the $4 and half of my deposit then I started winning played more than the playthrough required got up to $189 couldn't play the jackpots so I messaged them after speaking with two people that take forever to respond to anything. No matter what I said they said you can't use your free spins and have money in your account all your winnings are void we put you back to your original deposit so you can start over. Such bull. Another casino that's full of lies and bonus scams so they can just take our money and laugh when we fall for it and there is not a damn thing u can do about other than write reviews I wouldn't give them my hand if I was drowning!
