I honestly have to say I like the casino and the platform. It's easy to use and I actually win. I've been to some where all you do is lose. The downside for me so far is that I haven't had a single response from the help department. My small withdrawls were quick, within a day but my larger ones of a 1000 plus haven't even went through except one so far. I have 5 pending withdrawls, one is on four days and the other 4 on 3. They say this rarely happens so maybe there just really busy...if my withdrawls go through I'll play this until I'm either broke or make cash but if not then I'll move on to something else.

UPDATE: Hello Matthew and thank you for replying to our request for further information. We are a little baffled on this end as we can't see anything in your account history that would cause you such distress. There has never been a request for withdrawal in your account history, denied, paid, or otherwise. A couple small deposits and hundreds of dollars in free chips that were cashed and played. We can only suppose you are unhappy that you didn't win and cash out, despite having incredibly high RTP (return to player) well above industry standard not everyone wins all the time, these are random games of chance and there is no way for us or anyone to tell who will win, for how much, or when until it happens. We're sorry you have such negative feelings toward us but unfortunately there is little we can do in this circumstance to allay that. We do however wish you well. All our best, -Your Loko
Greetings Matthew, we would love the opportunity to review your account and assure you've been treated fairly. Please respond to our request for further info, it will allow us to locate your account. If we can help, we will! Best wishes, -Your Loko
They do not treat their VIPs very well at all.
A couple of weeks ago, I won $50 on the daily free spins. The cash out was approved on May 15th. On May 17th, after still receiving nothing, I talked to customer service who assured me that the cash out was paid, but to wait another day or so as the blockchain was backed up and pay outs were taking a long time. So I waited. And still... nothing.
So I left a review here after a week went by and I still had not been paid. I then got a response here on Trust Pilot that said due to an over payment over a month prior, that they were keeping my cash out to recoup their losses.
I never received an email or any communication that this was the case. As a matter of fact, on date they claimed I got this extra payment there was no payment to my bitcoin wallet from ANY source. There was no mention of this mysterious payout on my player dashboard. NOTHING.
So I talked to one of their VIP Hosts about this and he stated that I had won twice on the free daily spins in April, and could only win once, so they kept my winnings from the win in May. First of all, this policy in nowhere on the website. And second, and more importantly, the 1st cash out in April was from the 7 daily spins you get after making a deposit. The second was from using a code emailed to me for a free $23 chip, and the third was from the free daily spins. In total, I cashed out $150 in April. I deposited several hundred. So it's not like I just took money from them. And I did not win more than one time on any one of those promos.
I questioned the host as to the date, April 24th when they claim that the extra money was sent to me. I didn't get any kind of bitcoin payment at anytime on this date. He then said they made a mistake and sent it on April 28th. On that day, I won $50 from the free 7 days of spins after a deposit. I won on this promotion only one time in April. And again, these spins are given after players make a deposit. Which I did.
You would think that as a VIP player, if they really did take my winnings to recover a loss, that I would have been given some kind of communication that told me this. Over the phone the VIP Host kept saying to me,
"we didn't hear you complain when you got the extra $50 last month" and "you are not getting this $50. I denied you myself." He was rude and condescending. When I asked for his supervisors information so I could file a formal complaint against him, he said "no one here is going to waste time over a complaint over $50" and then hung up on me.
I strongly suggest finding some place else to play. I did not get over paid $50. And from the time they claim this to have happened to the time they kept my money was almost a month. In that time, I deposited several hundred dollars with no word mentioned about this extra $50 I supposedly owed them. They are dishonest and their VIP Player Hosts are a joke. They are rude and treat players like crap. Find another casino. That's what I did.

***UPDATED TO RESPOND TO YOUR RESPONSE
My issue is not so much that you took $50 to recoup an over payment. My issue is that there was NO communication about this action what so ever. For over a week, your customer service reps told me that my payment had been sent, to keep an eye on my bitcoin wallet, and that it would be arriving at any time. For you guys to just take a cash out without any communication, and tell me for over a week that it was coming is just not acceptable. I spent hundreds of dollars at your casino. And never cashed out more than $50 at a time on a few free spin wins. The fact that you deemed in necessary to make me pay for YOUR mistake and not tell me about it for weeks, after you continued accepting my deposits without a word about this over payment was so dishonest of you. That is why you will no longer be getting any of my money. I don't trust you. This was not handled well. No gesture of good will was offered for being lied to for over a week. If you are going to take my money to cover up a mistake YOU GUYS made, fine. But at least have the decency to tell me in an email. I stand by my words of caution. This is not an honest casino. Find some place else to play.

Greetings Erika, we have re-reviewed your account and there was indeed an overpayment previously which is confirmed delivered in Blockchain Explorer and withdrawn on your end, we apologize for any disappointment on your part. Had it been a larger withdrawal perhaps the $50 would not have been so painful however it was coincidentally the exact amount of your following withdrawal which we understand could be alarming for you. Probably no consolation to you but your account is now balanced so there would certainly be no further issue of this sort. We are quite disturbed to hear your story recalling your interaction with your VIP host, we will be looking into this extensively as our VIP department is well known for their professionalism and attention to the details and needs of their players. We will review all interactions with yourself and VIP (as well as customer service) and if there has been any lack of professionalism on their part we assure you it will be dealt with properly. There is no room for such behavior within our organization. Thank you for your understanding and best wishes to you, -Your Loko

Greetings Blavanee, in the future we would highly recommend using our Coindraw withdrawal method. It is almost entirely automated and generally results in much faster payouts. Please respond to our request for further info, we'd love to have a look at your account for quality control purposes. Best wishes, -Your Loko

I made a withdrawal number #1318925 update
updating: in short, I didn't get the chat to close the other account, which I don't even remember! Where did you say that! and lost 85$! of winnings I hope they return the 21$ I already asked for! I don't recommend it, if you don't want them to win, don't give them chips! And very bureaucratic!
Update: I already informed! I don't remember a second account! and there is no chat on the page, only email, and they never respond!

Greetings Mikael,
As we stated on your previous complaint we had a look and unfortunately the requested funds were not valid for withdrawal, the terms and conditions of the casino state that only one account per player/household is allowed and only one free chip is valid between cash deposits. In this case you have another active account which has already had a free chip. Your account confirmation deposit was refunded via Bitcoin on the 23rd of May and has been confirmed delivered in Blockchain Explorer. We would highly recommend contacting customer service on live chat and requesting closure of the secondary account as it could very well cause you withdrawal issues in the future. We hope this clarifies things and sorry about the confusion! All our best, -Your Loko
