Sent a test transaction to their service. I had issues with the transaction and they completed the transaction right away. Also responded to my emails. Very helpful will use again

Sent a test transaction to Cryptmixer for conversion between XMR and BTC. The funds disappeared. No response from support. Nothing ever showed up in my BTC wallet. Beware. Use other services.

This is a scam, "confirmed" transaction but nothing arrived after days. Other exchanges credit it within a few hours at the latest and this will take your crypto and give you nothing. Do not fall for fake reviews people, do your research and choose a different site. Also I was FAR above the minimum amount by the way, this is an excuse and a bad one just to make sure you lose an even bigger amount of money. Do not do it!!!

I just used this service for the sixth time with ease. They've got a beautiful site and quick exchanges. I'd highly recommend them. I have lost coins to them previously because I was below the minimum amount which I can't complain for not reading on their FAQ.
