The site is so user friendly, and y’all make such great art! I ordered from y’all a couple of years ago and we couldn’t be happier!

Way too many “extra” links and tips and payments likely won’t shop here again

I was initially happy with how quick I received responses. However, now that I am trying to login to the website, I'm seeing an "order doesn't exist" message. So... does that mean that now that I've paid - I'm out $$? Why does the webpage not have a better login plan? Why should I have to login with an order number - and not with a name or an email? What if I make multiple orders - do I have to use each order number to login? Makes no sense.

I've checked our system and can see that there's two (2) order number. The first one which contains the item and is used in access the dashboard. While the second one, is for the tip you have given to the artist which is why you're unable to access it in the dashboard. I apologize for the confusion this has caused you, Janet. I'd like to let you know as well that I have sent an email to give you more information about your concern. Thank you!
