Easy ordering and great results! Best gift ever!

Exceeded expectations. I bought as a gift and I want three more for myself as a hilarious renaissance gallery of my dog for my office.

This makes the best gift for dog lovers! Really fun and will become a treasure!

It took them forever to get it right. It did not ship in time. Don’t pay extra for early shipping, it won’t happen.

I thought site was very easy to use in selecting an image and uploading an image. The concept is so cute and makes a great gift idea. I recommend checking email as they will communicate vie email to ask for a new image or clearer image if needed which can hault or delay your order. So, it's not just a "once and done" oder type service. I wish they had "text" notification. I didn't see the ability to send as a "gift" and notify who sent the gift. I had to call my mother to be looking for a package from Crown & Paw and that it was from "Me" for Mother's Day. However, I love the product and will order again!

Super easy to pick a theme and place an order ! Choosing the right photo is explained and makes it simple to get the right one. I had no issues with placing an order and will definitely be ordering again in the future !

I have not received my portrait yet so I can't comment on that. The overall process of purchasing was great.
