Ordered a canvas with a picture of our reasently departed family cat. Mum loved that cat so much and always wanted a canvas like this of our cat. She was so happy when she got it as a mothersday gift ❤️ shipping was fast and the finished product was great!!

Much of the ui is great. Simple and straightforward. However, i hated how many pages i had to scroll through. It was hard to keep track to narrow down what i wanted. Instead of having all these individual products. It would be nice to see the one costume and then choose what product to put it one. That way people might buy more than one thing with the image. Frankly, thats where u could make more money as the main overhead is the labor in editing the images. Also, i paid extra to have my order tracked and shipped to arrive faster. I thought i also jumped ahead in some line of image processing. However afterwards u offered me to pay another $15 to jump in front of the line, I thought I already had but i couldn’t get back to that page to verify. It felt shady. Plus its odd cause like if u have 10 orders and they all pay extra to jump the line then it will be done at the same speed that everyone elses is. Idk. Rush processing seems like a more neutral phrasing than “jump the line”

I enjoy the prompt service and friendly approach. It’s an easy to use website, I also like that I get to pre approve the artwork. Thanks for making my experience so easy.
