Oh my goodness! I had hoped, after looking at reviews on the website, to get an amazing picture of my fur-nephews for my sisters 60th birthday. My expectations were exceeded. When it was delivered today, she went immediately to the mailbox at the first possible moment. I have to admit, my lips are usually sealed when it comes to secrets. When I received the proof, I couldn’t keep it in! She knew over two weeks before her November birthday. Shame on me. Haha. Thank you!

Customer satisfaction is one of our passions and we always endeavor to make sure you're happy with the final masterpiece.” There was ZERO effort in attempt to help make my portrait better. My family lost our cat in a house fire this month and wanted a good memorial for my children. I voiced multiple times that the portrait just wasn’t right and there was no effort to improve. I will have paid $100 for a portrait we hate and will sit in our basement collecting dust. Where sad about this experience.

They made it very easy to upload the order. No issues.

A great service and canvas , would definitely use again

To start, their website is horribly buggy- when checking the status of my order it would go from “we sent your order to an artist 2 days ago” to “we sent your order to an artist in about 6 hours” (??) In my confirmation email it said I would be able to see a preview of my artwork in 1-2 days. It was a week before they were “finished.” The quality of the portraits was horrible. I don’t know what took a week because it just looked like my reference photos had been cut out and pasted onto their photos with Microsoft Paint. You can get much better pet portraits on Etsy.
