We wanted to integrate crossmint NFT checkout on our website to sale our NFT’s first it was hard to make the collection verified but in the end our collection was verified but after that they asked for the KYC we did the KYC and they rejected it without telling a reason and when we asked for the reason Alexander said collection exceed our risk threshold that their risk team has shared there was an usual activity associated with our collection and that’s why the collection was rejected for approval and also said that we can’t even appeal on our case , we sent many emails after that to know what’s the reason so that we can clear the concerns and provide if anything is needed but they didn’t even reply , as we are new to this business we will suggest you to please cooperate with the new users to promote them and motivate them to keep working ! Very bad Experience

Thank you for your feedback. While we strive to provide excellent service to all customers, we have a responsibility to maintain strict security measures to protect our valued users. When our systems detect potentially risky or suspicious activity, we must take appropriate action in accordance with our risk policies. We understand this may cause frustration, but we cannot compromise on security measures. If you believe this decision was made in error, please contact our customer support team directly for further discussion. We take all feedback seriously and continuously work to balance security with customer satisfaction.
Hard to reach. We integrated by they will never have enough information to approve ANY collections. A bad choice to integrate with. You would get stuck paying monthly fees for nothing. Just awful.

Thank you for sharing your experience with Crossmint. We deeply regret the challenges you've faced with our collection approval process and truly understand how frustrating it must be to invest in an integration without being able to move forward. Your feedback about our communication gaps and monthly costs without progress is valuable and concerning. We hold ourselves to high standards as an enterprise platform, and we've clearly fallen short of providing the seamless experience you deserve. We would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to review your specific case and help move your project forward. Our team can be reached at [email protected] or through our support portal at https://crossmint.zendesk.com/hc/en-us, where we will prioritize addressing your concerns. We value partners like yourself and are committed to improving our approval process to better serve our developer community. Your feedback helps us identify critical areas for enhancement in our service delivery. With appreciation, Crossmint Support Team
I've been trying to get the NFT checkout pricing model for almost four days, and I've still got nothing. Jorge is sending me to Alejandro, but Alejandro hasn't replied at all.

Customer support is really slooooow, both on discord and on email. They are also very unsure what to dub approved what not... Had extreme trouble getting my collection (or website, product how ever you want to name it) approved. First it was that my website did not meet crossmint content policy (fixed that), then the NFT prices as they are not oke? (apparently if crossmint is giving you a transaction limit, you don't look at that you have to price your NFT how they want it? Might be logical idk, for me it's kinda not), then it's the websites looks (content policy aside you need to have a ground breaking website look) it's to bare it not to some crossmint standard i guess... And if you were in my shoes and try to get a single website approved for almost 2 months you would give up as well. Was hesitant to write this comment because (and not making this up) i'm still waiting for them to reply for the last week. 1 week to write a single reply... Call me crazy but that is slow. And at this point i throw in the towel. And they ClickBank is bad? Nope meet the new standar. Will also add that maybe my nationality had a part in this as well, and this project of mine was seen as unsafe... Who knows... The title says that support is slow, but i gave you a more in depth preview of customer support experience.

I accidentally botched my mint (by closing my laptop browser in mid transaction while accepting the charge in my mobile wallet). Customer support was excellent, and I had a refund of my eth within 24 hours and was able to do the mint correctly. Thank you.
