Crock PotReviews of crock-pot.com

Called Crock Pot Customer Service to inform them I bought a new Crock Pot from Amazon and there was no manual / recipe booklet that should’ve been included.Told me to contact Amazon, absolutely useless. I spent almost $100 on a new Crock Pot and they couldn’t see fit to send a user manual/ recipe booklet.Again it was to be included because I supposedly bought it new.Makes me wonder if it was actually new. But to be clear, the maker of Crock Pot , wouldn’t send their consumer the user manual/ recipe booklet.Amazon wasn’t any better.

Made cooking meals so easy! Highly recommend

Bought a slow cooker from Amazon in October 23 it’s now faulty not heating up properly Amazon clearly state if it’s older than 30 days then warranty is with the manufacturer but not according to croc no help whatsoever so do yourself a favour and buy a different brand

Bought a one pot slow cooker & pressure cooker. Really great but cable at back is a bit loose which concerns me. Falls out of connection easily.

I use my crock pot every weekend. It is starting to burn out inside. Not good for long hours of cooking.
