Was given as a present but cannot get the tutorial. The website asks for purchasers email and delivery address which I gave but no joy. Have sent several emails including photos of the kit but no reply so far. I have chased them again and hope to get a reply or the kit is useless

Gorgeous kits- I've bought 4 and they are beautifully presented. They come from China, so it takes a couple of weeks, but are well worth the wait. I had to contact customer service when one didn't seem to be progressing on its journey (I was stalking it on the courier's website. Almost immediately they replied with full apologies and a replacement box was sent out.

I bought a kit recently and I was not able to log in at the account and see the video tutorial. Someone from the company contacted me and send me the tutorial video and a little gift for the trouble.

My daughter bought me a crochetpark bag kit for Christmas and I’m really enjoying doing this I’m still working on the first part of the bag so haven’t completed the project yet so I’ve put this as 4 star. The kit is aimed at beginners which I’m not though I haven’t done a lot of crocheting over the years. The instructions aren’t too complicated but may confuse beginners a little. I had to check as I am in the UK and our descriptions and names of the stitch’s differ slightly from the American ones used in the pattern. However, crotchetpark have tutorial videos with links on their webpage that are very clear. I understand from my daughter that the delivery was a little slow but as it was coming from outside of the UK at Christmas I suppose some delays could be expected but it arrived on Christmas Eve so was in time which is the main thing. The kits comes with 4 reels of yarn, a plastic rings for the outside, a plastic grid for the next layer of the bag walls, sides and bottom, lining fabric, zipper, handle fixings, a little Bee clip, pattern, a tape measure, crochet hooks, sewing needles and other items needed to complete the project. I would definitely consider buying another kit after I’ve finished this.
