Here's hoping they got rid of the varmint So far good but it's only been one day

This was a extremely well organized and highly professional company that rid the attic area of our home from a rodent invasion. Jason and John presented the plan accurately. Ryan did a good job setting traps and performing removal. Steve Sarno and his crew executed the plan flawlessly which involved: protecting the premises from damage, removing old insulation, cleaning out all debris, dust critters and residue, blowing in new insulation and fogging the attic with an antimicrobial disinfectant. In addition the entire premises were secured against any future infestation. Great job.

An inspector came out, created a "plan" and charged me. The "trappers" lied about inspecting, they had no idea what the other "team" was supposed to do in terms of plugging up holes and disinfecting. So trappers "trapped" before holes were plugged and come to find out today- there are still gaping holes. I am extremely disappointed in this company - they took my money without doing the job
