Tyveri fupper godtroende kunder.

The worst customer experience I have ever had. My order was late. The goods were obviously previous returns that had been opened and well used. In response to my complaint (with photos) I was told that they would not accept the return of one part of the order. They said they would give a refund the other part. It has been 4 weeks now and no refund has been received. Beware!

I don't know if the negative feedback is because there is another Critter Gear online. This is the one I've used a few times to purchase ant gel treatment for my company. critter-gear.com, and every time I've used them, they have delivered the goods within 2 weeks via Royal mail.

It's pretty much a scam, nice looking website to make it look trustworthy. No social media presence (and all the icon links on the site just link back to the same page), so there is no recourse if the guy (and it's just one guy not a company) sends you the wrong product and just flat out ignores calls and emails asking for the right product to be sent or a refund. If you check companies house the company disolved in 2022, the company phone is a mobile, the email is a gmail. I didn't think anyone would bother scamming over cockroach poison but I was wrong!

They advertise products for the European market, however, my goods were confiscated in customs for possibly being illegal in the EU.
