CribberryReviews of cribberry.com

Crib was splintering and Cribberry refused a return. The response time was unacceptable as it took weeks for them to respond to phone calls or email. I had to dispute the purchase with my credit card company. Would not recommend this company

Critical pieces were missing and I had to contact the company multiple times to get the replacements sent. Not great customer service and unfortunate especially when you’re paying a premium for an item. Very difficult to put together and some of the pieces didn’t fit properly

I would give it 5 stars if the instructions were more clear and the pieces were more separated and not just in one big bag. Awesome bed that my son loves.

It was a quality product. We did have to modify it a little bit because of how tall the rails are it made the opening of the bed want to kind of close in on itself so my husband had to attach a piece of plywood to that area to keep it straight so that it didn’t warp. But the communication was great. The wood is very good quality wood aside from having to add one piece of wood I honestly can’t complain about anything the bed should keep my son safe for many years.

The crib arrived missing both hardware and phyiscal materials to build. The lock that came with it didn't work and then the replacement lock that was sent, doesn't work well and my child was able to still open the door. It was very expensive and wouldn't likely buy again based on this.

The fittings do not fit well. The door did not work well. Overall, when the assembly was completed, the crib/floor bed was not sturdy. Compared to the quality, it is over-priced.

I normally don’t write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience because I was honestly a bit nervous ordering something this big online. I got this bed for my son, and from the beginning the customer service was really good. They actually reply fast (which is rare these days), and they answered all my questions without making it feel like a copy-paste response. Shipping went smoothly too. They sent the tracking number pretty quickly, and I was able to follow everything until it got delivered. No issues at all, which I was worried about since the boxes are large and heavy. The bed comes disassembled, but it wasn’t hard to put together. Took me a bit of time, but overall pretty straightforward. My son was super excited when he saw it, and he’s been sleeping in it every night with no problems. Overall, really happy with the purchase. Everything worked out the way it should 👍

It’s like pulling teeth to return anything also to get a hold of anyone. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. If 0 was an option I’d put 0.
