This course is amazing, I was able to finish it (with long 8-10hr days) in exactly a month and passed my test on the first try with flying colors 96%. I felt great about all of the information and feel equipped to go start my business! Great job CRES!

Need to focus more on the mathematical problems and not skim over it. Also, update the material to updated regulations such as CD vs HUD. Way too much mana tone speaking!!

Hi Nancy, Thank you for your input. Math can be rough for all of us who haven't been in a math classroom for a while. As we update the courses we place greater clarity on the topic.

I took 2 online CE courses and they were both excellent. I would highly recommend Colorado Real Estate for your training needs. Also, I have a year to go back and review the courses if I should need to.

You are right Merrite. We are constantly updating classes and that one is on the list. The information should still be good though.
