Credit Culture is legit…
It’s nice to finally work with a business that actually does what they say they’re going to do. Lots of back-and-forth communication and never wondering if someone is going to contact me back. Credit Culture is legit.

Poor Communication and Unresponsive…
Poor Communication and Unresponsive Customer Service I became a paying customer of Credit Culture Company on September 30, 2026. Over the past two days, I have repeatedly attempted to contact two company representatives by telephone. I also sent a text message and left a voicemail. None of my attempts has received a response. As a paying customer, I expect reasonable communication, particularly when dealing with a service as important as credit repair. My concern at this stage is the lack of accessibility and accountability from the company's representatives. I am sharing my experience so other prospective customers can make an informed decision. I will update this review if the company addresses my concerns.

Mess customer service and very Rude
Good morning. Since giving Credit Culture my bank card information my Debit card has been hacked and being investigated and no I’m not blaming CC but this happened right after that information was given to them. And I spoke with Eric this morning because he wanted the payment that was due today and I was not able to give it to him he was very unconcerned about my situation that’s going on as we speak. I really would like to work with someone more caring than to deal with mess like that. I’m going to pay them for there services but Eric needs to nicer than he showed me today. I understand this is a business but that gives him no right to talk to a customer like he spoke to me his rating deserve a 1 or a 0 but I have spoken with others that was nicer than him. Thanks so much for reading my Review hopefully it help others .!

They didn’t do much to fix my credit
They didn’t do much to fix my credit. They have a “warranty” that states you credit score will increase within the first 90 days. That is not true in my case. Please look for other companies. DONT TRUST CREDIT CULTURE COMPANY

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry we were unable to achieve the credit score improvement you were hoping for within the first 90 days. We would like to clarify that our 90-day warranty does not guarantee that a client’s credit score will increase by a specific amount. Under the warranty, if the required 150-point collective improvement is not achieved by Day 90 and the applicable warranty conditions are met, the client has the option to cancel. In this case, that option was honored and your services were canceled at the 90-day review. During your enrollment, our team filed disputes on your behalf and provided progress updates approximately every 30 days based on the information available from your credit reports. We understand that the outcome did not meet your expectations. If you would like to speak with our team to review your results and see whether there may be another resolution we can offer, please give us a call. We would be happy to discuss your account with you.
