Take them Elsewhere
Least professional lobby staff of any clinic, Veterinary or otherwise, that I have ever been to. Ignored convulsing patients to continue a phone call for well over 5 minutes. When we looked for someone who was available, he ended the call and immediately adopted a very hostile attitude. As a certified Environmental Educator through E.E.C.O., take your pets anywhere else unless you have no other choice.
