I purchased a bundle from Creatorfountry and was sent another bundle. A short email to their support section saw it sorted within a few hours.

I mistyped me email address when I bought 2 products from creators foundry. They replied and tracked down my error quickly on request and I was able to access this great product without further delay. Thank you customer service.

I could not log on, I wasnt sure what my logon was and problem was solved few hours after I sent my question to the support team.

At first I had problems finding my way around the website. Thanks to the professional help of Emma and her colleagues (who must have had a lot of patience with me...), everything went very quickly and I was able to try out the new tools sooner than expected. I had an issue with the login which was tended to and resolved right away. Haven’t played too long with the product yet but I am definitely impressed with the company!
