On October 7th
On October 7th, 2020 I ordered about 12 puzzles all at once, for Xmas gifts. I have not received any yet, nor an explanation or any form of communication. Does anyone know if I'll eventually receive it?

Do not trust
DO NOT TRUST. Wish I had checked them out properly before my purchase. I ordered an item as a Christmas present. The item that arrived is a small version of what I had paid for. In this case it was a jigsaw puzzle. I ordered the 221 piece set and they sent me the 90 piece. They don't even have the 90 as an option on the site. I have reached out to them on a number of occasions with no response. There are 3 different emails to contact them. Company is based in China. I paid on paypal so I'll be submitting a case against them.
