Thank you for sharing your experience. We sincerely apologize for the lack of communication surrounding your order. We completely understand why you would have been concerned, particularly after being given a 4–6 week timeframe, receiving no updates when that timeframe passed, and then having difficulty getting a response when you reached out. Regardless of the circumstances affecting an order, you should never have to repeatedly contact a company just to find out what is happening. We also understand why, without communication from us, you questioned whether your order was being properly handled. We are actively working to improve both our fulfillment process and customer communication so that customers receive timely updates when an order takes longer than originally estimated. We would appreciate the opportunity to review what happened with your specific order and address any remaining concerns. Please contact us at [email protected] so our team can look into the order history and assist you directly. We are sorry that your experience did not reflect the level of service we strive to provide. The Creative Arcades Team

Thank you for such a fantastic review! We’re thrilled to hear that your custom racing arcade turned out to be exactly what you were looking for and that the finished machine fits so perfectly into your game room. Creating something that feels like it was made specifically for your space is one of our favorite parts of what we do, so it means a lot to hear that the final artwork looked even better in person. We’re especially glad you’re enjoying the racing experience itself. There’s nothing quite like having friends over, getting everyone behind the wheel, and watching the competition heat up! Hearing that you’re impressed with the controls, display, and solid construction tells us that the machine delivered not only the look you wanted, but the quality and performance to match. Thank you again for trusting Creative Arcades with such a special addition to your game room. We truly appreciate your business and your kind words, and we hope your racing arcade provides you, your family, and your friends with countless hours of competition and fun! If we can ever assist with anything in the future, our team is always here at [email protected]. The Creative Arcades Team

We are very sorry to hear about your experience and, most importantly, that you have been dealing with issues with your machines without receiving the level of follow-through you expected from us. We completely understand your frustration, especially with an order of this size. This is not the experience we want any Creative Arcades customer to have. When a machine arrives with an issue or develops a problem, our responsibility doesn't end with delivery. We have a dedicated technical support team specifically to help diagnose and resolve these issues, and we want to make sure your machines are fully operational. We would like the opportunity to personally review what has happened with your order and make sure the outstanding issues—including the 4-player functionality and light guns—are properly addressed. We also want to review the previous service requests so we can understand where the communication broke down and prevent this from happening again. Please contact us directly at [email protected] with your order information. We will make sure your concerns are brought to the appropriate team and work with you toward getting your machines operating as they should. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you've experienced. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we hope you'll allow us the opportunity to make this right. — The Creative Arcades Team

We’re very sorry to hear about the frustration you’ve experienced with the delivery of your order. We completely understand how disappointing it is to take time off work for a scheduled delivery, only to find out that the shipment had not actually arrived as expected. While the delay you described occurred with the freight carrier after the shipment was in transit, we understand that from your perspective, the responsibility ultimately falls on us to help make sure you receive your machine. We should never leave a customer feeling like they don't know where their order is or when they can expect it. We’re also disappointed to hear that the communication and service you experienced later in the process did not match the positive customer service you received initially. We take that feedback seriously and are always looking for ways to improve our communication throughout the entire delivery process—not just during the sale. If you are still waiting for your machine, please contact us directly at [email protected] with your order information. We would be happy to review the shipment status and help get you a clear update from the appropriate team. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, especially for the missed delivery and time you had to take away from work. We appreciate you bringing this experience to our attention and hope we have the opportunity to restore your confidence in Creative Arcades. — The Creative Arcades Team

Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re glad to hear your custom arcade wrap came out exactly as expected. We believe the proofing process is an important part of custom artwork, which is why we provide a proof before production so customers can review the design and request any adjustments. We’re happy we were able to make the small change you requested and that the final result matched the approved design. Thank you for choosing Creative Arcades, and we appreciate your business! We are genuinely sorry to read this, and we understand why you are frustrated. An order placed in December 2025 that has not been delivered is far beyond a reasonable timeframe, and the communication you describe is not the level of service we expect from Creative Arcades. Most importantly, we do not want any customer to feel that their order or their money has simply been forgotten. Regardless of the circumstances surrounding the production or delivery of an order, our responsibility is to communicate clearly and work toward a resolution. We are particularly concerned by your statement that you made multiple attempts to reach us and did not receive a response. We would like to review the complete history of this order, including the production status, previous communications, and the status of your payment, so we can understand exactly what occurred and determine the appropriate resolution. Please contact us directly at [email protected] with your order information and reference this Trustpilot review. We will make sure it is brought to the appropriate team for immediate review. We sincerely apologize for the frustration, disappointment, and amount of time you have spent trying to get answers. We understand that an apology alone does not resolve the situation. We would appreciate the opportunity to review your order and work directly with you toward a resolution. — The Creative Arcades Team
