Been using this service for a few months now. I had no experience when I started but found it easy to learn plus the team provide great assistance with all of my enquires ... highly recommend this service

I have looked at other options and you have to pay to "try." Certify allowed me to sign up and I had a great video made in 3 minutes after with enough credits to make 2 videos! It was spot on professional and it would have taken me 3 hours to create a comparable one with a live model (god forbid we needed to re-shoot) and edit in CapCut. With Certify, you can easily edit and try different avatars/voices on the fly. We are looking to create a virtual avatar for our founder, so she can do explainer videos--as she provides a lot of the customer support and people always want to talk to her.

I love this app so much. I was able to create some amazing video and they have some amazing features. What i love about them is their real face avatar. and also their customer service is top notch. I'm giving a solid five star.

Flexible customer service

These guys are scammers. I used the trial and ended my subscription but was charged for 3 months and only now I noticed the charge. Do NOT use them!

The service itself is good. Operation is wrong. I would never expect to be gaslighted by a platform. My subscription was until the 21 of the month, today is the 15th and I cancelled it while having 190 credits available to use. I started a project to use these credits but I cannot use them 'since my subscription is not active'. For some reason (interesting enough) support told me i deactivated my subscription on the 14th, which is not accurate. I had 7 days left of using the credits, paid for them, and I can't use them. I do not care if it even written on the bible, the disappointment I feel now is strong enough to become a hater. Good luck.
