My last order was not handled as efficiently as in the past. It came in several shipments, items that should have been backordered were not automatically ordered, and I did not receive all the items I wanted. It was very disappointing since I had a deadline so sufficient supplies would be on hand for a craft sale. Luckily I found another source for the product we needed. I hope this was just a one-time problem because I had no trouble with previous orders.

I still have not received my orders from January they came back in stock and were shipped to other people I have had to call for updates 4 times and still get no status updates and no answers voluntarily to know I'm not forgotten.
