Loved the friendly, helpful, personal service. I received the pattern and yarn quickly with a nice note to make sure all was as I expected. I love Ellen and Crazy For Ewe.

My item was shipped within a few days, and is beautiful. Thanks. If I'm ever in your area, I'll shop in person.

That's wonderful, Linda. Until then, I look forward to serving you on line! ~Ellen
Gorgeous yarns and warm welcomes! I love the fact that I can have my purchases wound for me. A couple of times it's been difficult to find the end though. It seems to depend on who is winding the yarn because usually it's perfect.

Bought 2 Gift cards for my 2 daughters. The first I sent to myself because it was a bit confusing to until I lernt that after this card came into my e-mail not to enter my e-mail. So for the 2nd card I knew that instead of entering my e-mail the e-mail of the intended Person. Ist all good because I just printed the 1st to give.
