Thank you for your feedback, George. We're sorry to hear the tray didn't meet your needs. Our records confirm delivery on August 19, 2026 via FedEx, and we received your message on September 23 — outside our 30-day return window. We understand how frustrating timing can be, and we're here to help if you need guidance on compatibility or future orders.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your disappointment that the drives did not meet your expectations for factory-sealed hardware. The condition "New Pulled" and "Quantity" was communicated during our correspondence, and we regret that this led to a mismatch in expectations. This is not the experience we want for any customer. We remain committed to resolving this matter and have reached out directly to discuss a replacement or refund that works for you.
