Crime Prevention Security SystemsReviews of cpss.net

Tech Nilson Hernzandez did a great job and was thorough with his demonstrations, and knowledge of the systems.

I recently had a problem with my transformer plug falling out of the socket due to the absence of any screws holding it up. Nelson was the tech who came to service the alarm. I can't say enough about him, very professional, polite, knowledgeable and patient. He has been to my home before and everything works perfect after he leaves. There should be more tech's like him. He is an excellent tech.

Nilson was prompt and professional. He got our system up and running and explained how it all worked. He even gave us great tips on our cameras and area lighting! Thank you CPSS.

Great experience all around! Nilson H. was the technician who got us set up and walked us through the basics of the Alarm.com system. He was very detailed and ensured that everything was working and that we understood everything before he left.

The technician, Nilson Hernzandez, arrived to the appointment as scheduled. He efficiently got the security system setup, tested the system, and completely explained how it the systems works. Nilson finished the work quickly and accurately. He even helped fix a door knob that was a builder issue.
