No other choice than to do business with boomerang carnet if North American. They complicate things and ask for exorbitant prices to be paid. Takes the fun out of traveling with your own vehicle. Would not recommend.

Dear Tom: I'm sorry to hear that your experience with the Carnet de Passage was so unpleasant. We will reach out to you privately to better understand your complaint. Sincerely, Leslie August, COO
Months to get the thing. Months to clear the thing. A litany of nonsense excuses and non-communication in the interim. A person takes a vacation and an entire segment of their operations grinds to a halt. Too bad there's no alternative. ...in fact, why is a regulatory monopoly even looking for ratings? Do people rate the DMV too? I would give my local DMV 3 stars.

If you would like me to research the specifics of your experience to determine if we can rectify it, I would be happy to attempt to do that. Sincerely, Leslie August, 847-852-3103.
