Kayla C. helped me when I ordered one set of supplies, and the next day received an email from CPAP.com offering 20 percent off on all orders placed from that email. I phoned in and gave her my order number from the previous day. She immediately offered to give me the 20 percent off as a credit to my Paypal account. She also sent me a confirming email within five minutes. Superb service!!

Called CPAP.com to replace a recalled Philips Dreamstation due to maybe around a year to get a replacement from manufacture, The CPAP Representative was very helpfull and found me a replacement machine quickly and will be shipped ASAP. Thanks for your Help.
