CPAP.com is a great company. Very easy to work with on the online chat. Was able to send prescription over and they reviewed right then to see what I needed. At the same time they were working on having someone call me to work on placing the order. They were not pushy about saying what I should be buying but listen to me and my ideas. Also had good suggestions for equipment I was wanting to buy.

I spoke with Korrine to place an order for supplies. I needed a water chamber for an older CPAP machine and a few new masks. I could not find the water on the web site but she was able to and even pointed out that there was a version that could go in the dishwasher. She was cordial, helpful and professional.

I've had several interactions with CPAP.com and I've got to say that their customer service is REAL!
