Juliene helped identify what the root of a problem was and got it corrected quickly. Juliene also took the time to port the canceled orders over into my preferred account. Very grateful for the help. Will repeat business.

Daryl was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable and very helpful! I saved over $800 buying my CPAP machine here instead of at a local medical supply store.

Sharmaine, on the chat feature, helped me find a product I was unable to find on my own. She gave me the direct link to the product specs so I could make an informed decision. The product fit my needs, and was also on sale, so I made the purchase. I also received free shipping due to a current special that was running.
