I purchased my CPAP machine from this company, and all was good until my insurance claims for reimbursements were rejected. I checked my insurance companies [Medicare and Cigna] and was told it was covered with the right paperwork. CPAP.com does not file for you to ‘save money and I was okay with that. But what they did no tell me is that Medicare will not cover items from CPAP.com, because they do not have a Medicare Supply ID #. To add to that, my insurance, Cigna, will not cover their portion since Medicare does not cover them. Here I thought just needed to file the forms, but NO, more digging was required by me to fully understand their misleading message. This experience cost me $484.036. DO NOT fall for their game, unless you are an insurance expert, they are woefully misleading the typical consumer.
