After 51 days still have not delivered my order. Pathetic customer service. This company is a scam!

One star is to much for this company so I have reported them and have contacted legal advice as I am not happy with them. They say it was delivered to Caroline Springs Vic, when the order states a NSW address.

I received my item after slow shipping and it did not work for my car- even though it was advertised that it would. I immediately emailed them to return it for a refund and never heard back. I then continued to email several more times. FINALLY heard back and they said it was outside of the return window, even though it was less than a month since I even received it. I reminded them that I emailed them immediately after, but they still denied my request. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Customer Service is basically nonexistent.

Ordered the ankle support according to their sizing chart and I couldn't even get it to wrap around my foot. Sent pictures showing them it didn't fit, but was told they do not support returns, refunds or exchanges. No customer service!! Do not buy from this company!

This company sends a defunct product that does not work. Then they will not refund you when sending three of the four pieces needed as well. They steal your money. Warning do not buy from this company.

Absolutely awful goods arrived damaged and they said would only offer me 25% discount and I could keep the goods. The car seat bag holders are only fit for the bin. Badly packaged and extremely scratched. Do not buy from this company. Paid £10 and £4 delivery money down the drain. Took ages to come and was going to be a present.

If there was a no star option, I would take it. They sent me two left feet ankle braces completely the wrong size and will not offer a replacement or a refund. Avoid this company like you would avoid the bubonic plague.
