Covercy is really easy and great. It was really simple to open the account. Few days after the local transfer the money recieved by the bnsanaenificary. Including caring costumer support who were super efficent and professional

very good costumer service. quick informative and helpful answers. only thing that should be better is the time that took for the transaction to be proceeded. if in the future i will need to transfer money quickly it will be the only downside as it took too long thanks

Easy process, good communication

Pretty impressed with the ease of setting up an account and the KYC. Worked well, responsive customer support. Covercy apparently does not have the ability to send the money to a US account via RTGS wire from a US-based source account (options are RTGS from an international source account, or US ACH). Minor limitation.

First and foremost i did not get written email confirmation that the money was indeed transferred to the recepient Also the verification orocess was complicated. Too many inquiries as to the nature of the business I purchased from. Dont u know the people u work with?
