LaKisha, we're sorry the experience was frustrating. Your order was delayed due to severe winter weather affecting FedEx operations, which was outside of our control. When the package was returned to us, we issued a full refund promptly. The claim that we refused to return your money is not accurate. You were refunded in full in accordance with our return policy. We do take customer feedback seriously and are sorry the situation unfolded the way it did. Customer Care Team, Cover Anything

Ronald, we're sorry to hear you felt this way. To clarify for anyone reading, we issued a full refund as a goodwill gesture before this review was ever written, nearly a year after the original purchase date. We went beyond what our policy required because we genuinely wanted to make things right. We wish you the best. Customer Care Team, Cover Anything

Linda, we're sorry you were disappointed with your experience. The return was because you wanted a black cover, not silver, despite our product images clearly showing the silver color prior to purchase. Our restocking fee exists to offset real costs including fulfillment, outbound shipping, labor, and overhead that we incur when we fulfill an order. When a return stems from a color preference that was clearly visible before purchase, it is fair that those costs are not passed on to all of our other customers. Customer Care Team, Cover Anything

Joe, we're sorry for the frustration. To clarify, your order was processed and shipped on time on our end. FedEx delivery delays, while rare, do occasionally occur and are outside of our control. Because the item was ultimately delivered and the return was due to finding an alternative in the meantime, our standard return policy applied. We did offer a significant discount to keep the cover and worked with you throughout the process. We wish you the best. Customer Care Team, Cover Anything

This is not the experience we want anyone to have, and we take reports like this seriously. Fading and tearing after three months of use is not acceptable, and a cover bleeding color onto boat carpet is something we want to investigate. We've not been able to match this review to an order on our end, but we genuinely want to make this right. Please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can look into this and get it resolved.
