I work with some other labs for testing and Covalent had some of the best communication I've seen

Imaging was good but I was expecting more images per area. Shared clear instructions too for 5 images at each sport high mag but only got 2-3 images.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad the imaging quality met your expectations, but we’re sorry the number of images did not match your request. We understand you provided clear instructions for five high-magnification images per spot and received only two to three. Please contact your Covalent project representative with your project number so we can review what happened and work to make this right.
Covalent team has been exceptional in supporting our request. All the engineers that I have interacted with to date have deep technical understanding. I consider them as our partners as we push the limits of silicon technology. I am very impressed by the quality of the presentation reports. Keep it up! The operational side has also been super efficient. The portal is easy to use and I can find all the information. I look forward to collaborating on many more projects in the near future.
