Can't get my certificate after completing the course

Response from Courshark· Apr 4, 2026
Hi Lee, we are currently updating our certificate design, which is why you may be facing this issue. We are actively working on it right now. In the meantime, please contact our support at [email protected] and we will issue your certificate manually. Apologies for the inconvenience!
I was disappointed that the page content was sloppy in a few sections. A couple of quizzes had the wrong answers recorded which was frustrating. The real kick in the knackers came when I tried different browsers and was unable to print the certificate of completion. Emails to the company requesting a copy of the certificate went unanswered.
