We take allegations like this very seriously, but we want to clarify that we have no record matching the experience described in this review. When we asked you for details about your order or experience, the reference number you provided did not exist in our system. Because of that, we are unable to verify that any purchase or interaction actually took place through our website. Are you sure you purchased from our official site? What you described does not match the experience of our verified customers, and we have no evidence connecting this claim to our business. Also, our payment processing does not work in the way described. Payments are handled securely through trusted third-party providers such as Stripe, and we do not directly collect or store customers’ full payment details. Our delivery process is also completely automatic. Once a purchase is completed, the digital content is automatically added to the customer’s account and sent to the email address used at checkout. We remain open to reviewing any valid order details, screenshots, or proof of purchase so we can properly investigate.

Hello Bill, We are very sorry to hear about your experience and we’d like to make this right for you. As a gesture of goodwill, we’d be happy to provide you with a discount code for your next purchase once this is resolved. After carefully checking our system, we could not find any orders under your name or from France during that period. Would it be possible that your purchase was made on a different site? To help us assist you quickly, could you please provide your order ID so we can locate your transaction and fix the issue? We’re committed to ensuring you get proper access to the product you paid for. Please get back to us with the details so we can resolve this immediately.
