I LOVE, LOVE THIS YTT!!! The journey was amazing and this was great introduction! The content delivery was perfect and I like that it was self paced—flexible.

I had an incredible experience with this yoga instructor training! The program was well-structured, engaging, and deeply enriching. The instructors were knowledgeable, supportive, and truly passionate about yoga, making every lesson both educational and inspiring. I gained not only the technical skills to guide students safely but also the confidence and creativity to craft engaging and meaningful classes—especially for children. The training emphasized mindfulness, proper alignment, and the importance of making yoga accessible to all. I feel fully prepared and excited to share what I've learned. Highly recommend this training to anyone looking to deepen their practice and teaching skills!

I absolutely LOVE Online Yoga School! Steph sets the tone with warm, welcoming, comprehensive instruction. The course is well organized, and every contributor to the training brings a unique point of view. I am grateful for the opportunity to pursue this training on my own timeline and am proud to be a part of the school! Namaste Ali

I just completed the 200 hour YTT course, and I must say that it is a magnificent program and I highly recommend it. The training is thorough and there are tons of ways to garner support for your yoga journey. The library of yoga classes are endless, and the live Zoom classes are fun and informative. I love the Tuesday and Friday live FB group sessions as well. The Tuesday evening group is a great place to practice your flow and get real-time feedback from Vanessa and students. It's a great program, and Steph is always available to help you on your journey.

Great course. Steph and her team of instructors are very knowledgeable and warm. Thank you for making this accessible for us to do at home!

I recently completed this yoga course, and I absolutely loved it! I learned so much, and the information is presented in a way that’s really easy to understand, especially for beginners starting from scratch. The instructors are very responsive and always available to answer questions, getting back to you as quickly as possible. Highly recommend this course to anyone interested in starting their yoga journey! Thank you to the entire team for such a great experience.

The best decision I've made after researching so many YTT courses. Steph, founder & lead tutor and her inspiring teachers deliver such beautiful & authentic learning in such a warm, passionate way through videos, live classes, weekly teaching practice opportunities, online classes, discussion groups & so much more.. The 200hr YTT is a self paced module based programme, that is packed with so much holistic learning that will really prepare you to teach whilst learning the true roots of yoga. I loved the in-depth philosophy learning and sequencing modules, you will learn the art of how to sequence classes, to me this is so important to keep my students safe. I am based in the UK and would receive support promptly, the encouragement and feedback is second to none) Cannot praise this school enough, I have signed up for my 300 hr straight away and will commit to many more.. Thank you so much to Steph & the school community.
