Dear Joshua, we are sorry you had a bad experience. Please be informed that the initial payment is charged by the platform you used, not our company. Please also be informed (reminded) that if you cancel the shipment while the driver is physically on the way to pick up your vehicle and has an active contract to do so (approved by you, of course), then they will absolutely charge you a free-run fee. That is something you had been informed about and is normal procedure. We appreciate your concerns and are happy to assist you with any questions you may have.
