Quick and honest job

My experience at cottman was great to say the least. Was greeted by the manager (Larry) I explained my problem, I was quoted a estimate which I found very reasonable, after shopping around. And had my car ready when he said it would be. I belive in supporting my local businesses. This is one business that will be taking care of all my care needs in the future.

Larry is a great guy always pleasant. Never have a problem after I get my cars back.

Serpentine belt first visit was fitted fine. Brakes this visit. Made an appointment easily and the work was completed to our satisfaction. Price seems to be competitive. I'll be back -- hopefully not too soon.

Great service. Brought my car in for brakes and was pointed out right away arm link was broke. I visually saw it. I just wish I had asked to see old rotors that I needed too. They seem pretty honest but brakes not grabbing like I think/feel they should. Just not sure if brand new rotors. My fault, should have asked for old ones to see. Otherwise, nice gentlemen and done in few hours

It is hard to find a good mechanic, especially if you are a woman. I've have found one with Cottman of Woodbury Heights. Larry is honest and extremely customer centric. They are efficient, reasonably priced and PRIDE themselves on their exceptional customer service. This was my second time I used them and i knew i could trust them to do the job right!
