Cottman of ManassasReviews of cottmanofmanassas.com

The price was right, customer service was great and they took care of my problem and even told me to come back to make sure that everything was working well.

Went in because this was the closest atra (40 miles)and transmission is still under rebuilt warranty and Im out of town. My truck was having problems shifting and was leaking transmission fluid. They told me my transfer case was not working and would need to be fixed. After leaving there I pull over lock my hubs in and surprise 4 wheel drive. But my transmission is still leaking and shifting hard. Lost half a day and got nothing done to my truck but they wanted me to come back in a week to check the leak and look at the transfer case that works.

Great customer service and fairly priced.

It took them 6 days to look at my car, run tests and diagnose it (incorrectly btw) Then the manager calls me and says they are unfit to fix it. He stated “ ive been off and idk why they took on your vehicle in the first place”. The wholetime they had my car ive been paying for a rental. Im dealing with an extended warranty company so i had to get my vehicle towed to another shop that took ONLY 4 hours to call me back with test results and the repair was underway SAME DAY! Thanks AAMCO . 🖕🏽Cottman Transmission

They were very friendly and honest. They have offered to help me with services they do not do and future discounts. I will definitely take my car back there for repairs. I would recommend them to friends.

Very good staff. The manager was able to test drive with me and give an accessment on my truck’s transmission. I haven’t done the repairs yet. I wish they could do something to improve the price, because it’s a lot for a trans rebuilt.

Excellent service. I have nothing but good things to say about the service I received at Cottman's.

This company deserve more stars, they helped my family when the truck broke down in Herndon,Virginia while on vacation. They pushed them to the front of the line to make sure they got home safe.
