My order was cancelled with no explanation from company. My grandson was so upset about his costume not coming. Luckily I found the same costume at another site. I won't order from here again and won't recommend this site. I understand items selling out, but most companies send an explanation e mail, not an order has been cancelled and refund will be initiated notice.

Absolutely horrible. The day it said it would get here I get an email saying I’ve been refunded and my order canceled. No call no explanation. Don’t waste your time

I ordered a grim reaper and got a poodle skirt. They are impossible to reach for a return. Waist of time and money.

Very upset. My order not in stock as promised

WRONG LOCATION, CAUSED ME ALLSORTS OF PROBLEMS. THE ADDRESS YOU SHIPPED TO Ws an address of an oldfriend i had ordered forabout 3 years ago. not this order he didnt live there anyvmore either. you mailed to wrong perso as well.

NOT HAPPY!!!! Paid for 2 day shipping on Monday October 8 and estimated arrival is Monday October 15. That is NOT 2 day shipping. I will never order from your company again 😠

The costume came with a hole in one of the seams. I had to take to a seamstress to fix.

Bought an item on line. They didn't have it in stock at the warehouse. On line it still showed they had the item I ordered. I was bummed..
