Ordered prescription sunglasses from them. They came without nose pads. They said they would ship them, but I never received them. A very frustrating experience trying to get them shipped to me, while getting the run-around from chat, then phone support. Terrible company to work with. While mistakes happen, they should step-up and go overboard to make it right. Instead, they make it my problem and a giant hassle. Never again. Too bad, because they make nice lenes. [Update] After following the instructions in their response here, after a few days, they emailed me back telling me to do what I already did -- useless! I did raise this from 1 star to 2 because I called in again and demanded a supervisor. I got an American who was apologetic and sent me the nose pads without any further effort on my part.

I have been looking at buying these for a year or so and finally pulled the trigger and was very satisfied great product I would buy another pair in a heartbeat!
