Customer service that I could communicate with and the fact that they are available as a real human. Experience was streamlined and pleasant. Please don’t change your process to save a penny and your customers, including myself, will stay loyal!

They shipped my repair to the wrong party but in the end gibe me a store credit. Of course my preferred Fram no longer available

Never, in 69 years, have I ever had a return to be so efficient. Day 1, I filed a claim. My 6 year old Costa had lost ear cushion and eye piece. Day 3 got an email to choose my new pair of glasses. Day 4, I got an email with shipping label. Day 5, I shipped my old glasses. Day 8, I got my replacement glasses. Amazing!

Quality has become complete garbage. Was sent prescription sunglasses with mangled frame and both lenses scratched. Its been 3 months since I returned them have contacted them twice and still no refund.

The customer service for costa Delmar has not been this bad ever. Not Sue of this new business model but this will be the last time I spend my money on the trash they are putting out
